On January 24, 2026, the Energy, Environment, Safety and Health (EESH) Center, in collaboration with the KMUTT Student Dormitory and Green Heart student leaders, launched the “Green Heart Back to School 2026” project. This initiative aims to promote environmental awareness among both new and current residents as part of the “Green Dormitory” campaign.

Additionally, the student leaders actively shared knowledge on proper waste sorting at the KMUTT FSci Open House 2026, held at the Learning Space. The activity was designed to communicate the university’s management policies and systems to new students while encouraging active participation in reducing single-use plastics at the source. Students were encouraged to bring their own reusable containers and cups to receive free food and drinks.

The project also focused on correct end-of-life waste management to motivate students and staff from all sectors to collaboratively build a sustainable university community in terms of energy, environment, and safety.
