KMUTT promotes bicycle riding activities for riders from both campus and surrounding communities. The campaigns support carbon emission reduction and health promotion. Over the last decade, the university has built passion for the walk and bike society through the activities below.

Traditional Bike Trips
Long-distance group rides organised with Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, alumni networks, and the Green Bike Club. Each trip records participant numbers, riding distance, and estimated environmental and health benefits.
KMUTT Bangmod–Bangkhunthien Traditional Bike Trip
Arranged by KMUTT in cooperation with Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and KMUTT alumni. The ride promotes healthy cycling and mangrove planting in honour of Queen Sirikit, H.R.H. King Rama 9. Held since 2013–2020.

Cycle to Recycle Campaign
Cycle to Recycle supports bicycle riding in the Bike Share system. The project has been supported by Coca-Cola (Thailand) Co., Ltd. since March 2014, linking riding activities with recycling. Aluminum cans and drinking water bottles are collected as recyclable materials. Students and staff who want to use the bicycle sharing service deposit cans and bottles to earn points, then redeem those points for bike sharing on campus.
KMUTT Green Bike Club
KMUTT Green Bike Club is a student club informally formed in 2005 with a passion for cycling, promoting creative solutions to environmental challenges and health. It was formally launched in 2013 with more than 6,421 student members and 755 staff members. All members of the university community are welcome to join club activities. The club runs the Bike Share for Free Campaign with KMUTT Green Bike and Zombike, recycled bikes repaired from donated old bikes and accessories at the Recyclable Bike Accessories Center. Members can use self-service bike repair and free mechanical assistance. Club work focuses on community projects and environmental conservation in KMUTT and nearby communities.
Win Jakayan (Bicycle Taxi)
Win Jakayan, or bicycle taxi, is an activity for energy conservation, lower greenhouse gas emissions, and health promotion on campus. Volunteer riders carry students and staff from the main university entrance to their department or faculty. The service is run by Green Bike Club and Green Heart Club students. Riders wear shirts with knowledge stickers and media posters about global warming and climate change. The bicycle taxi follows the KMUTT transportation policy and has been expanded to surrounding communities as a model for raising public awareness of conscious energy use.
