Anti-Corruption and Integrity System
King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) promotes organizational operations driven by good governance and reinforces a culture of integrity, ethics, and moral values in the workplace.

- Anti-Corruption Action Plan The university has implemented concrete measures through the KMUTT Anti-Corruption Action Plan for Enhancing Integrity and Transparency (2023–2027). This plan is meticulously aligned with the University’s Code of Conduct, the Third National Anti-Corruption Strategy (2017–2021), and the 20-Year Long-Term Development Plan (2017–2036).
- No Gift Policy (Fiscal Year 2026) By virtue of Section 27 of the KMUTT Act B.E. 2541 (1998), the university strictly mandates that executives and personnel refrain from accepting all types of gifts and tokens from external parties while performing their duties. This initiative prevents actions that may influence professional judgment, create conflicts of interest, or lead to discrimination, directly supporting the National Reformation Plan.

- Integrity and Transparency Assessment (ITA) To raise awareness and encourage greater participation, KMUTT actively conducts knowledge seminars. For instance, an online seminar titled “What is ITA? How does it concern us?” was organized on May 27, 2025, for over 140 personnel from the Office of the President, guiding them through the Internal Integrity and Transparency Assessment (IIT).
Whistleblowing and Complaint System
KMUTT prioritizes educational development alongside a learning-friendly, accessible system that meets the needs of students, faculty, and staff.
-
Complaint and Feedback Center

- Ensure complainants are informed of the submission procedures and processes.
- Enhance the efficiency of the complaint management system for continuous organizational improvement.

Written Code of Ethics and Declaration of Intent
- Comprehensive Ethical Standards KMUTT has established a comprehensive Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct in accordance with the Higher Education Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and the Ethical Standards Act B.E. 2562 (2019). This Code ensures that university leaders, academic staff, administrative staff, and students conduct themselves as exemplary role models, remain mindful of their duties, and uphold the institution’s dignity.
- KMUTT Ethics Day 2026 To actively promote these values, the university organized “KMUTT Ethics Day 2026” under the theme “Ethics Begins with Us,” which included an Ethics Talk on good governance by anti-corruption expert Mr. Tossaporn Rattanamasthip. A key highlight was the Declaration of Commitment ceremony where the President presented declarations to executives, and Prof. Emeritus Dr. Rachata Rachatanawin awarded certificates to six units demonstrating outstanding Integrity and Transparency Assessment (ITA) performance.

- Declaration of Intent The official Declaration of Intent, “KMUTT Driven Toward an Efficient and Sustainable Governance Organization,” reaffirms the university’s commitment to prioritizing public interest, adhering strictly to the “No Gift Policy,” and cultivating a resilient corporate culture free from corruption and conflicts of interest.
