Indoor Lighting System
Replaced 53,750 T5 Fluorescent lamps with LED and Compact fluorescent in 24 Buildings. T8 LED lamps reduce energy consumption up to 40% compared to traditional T5 lamps, while also minimizing toxic substance potential and packaging waste.
Outdoor Pathway Lighting
At pathways around the campus, 500 outdoor solar sport lights were installed to provide optimum visibility without drawing from the grid.
Air Condition System
Four distinct projects implemented to maximize air conditioner efficiency, from routine maintenance to full central chiller replacements.
1 Routine Maintenance
Change/clean filters 3 times per year.
2 Central AC Replacement
Replaced with Screw Inverter Compressors (150-300 Tons).
3 Smart Inverters
Completely installed new ACs with high energy efficiency in all areas.
4 Temp Control (26°C)
Controlled standard temperature for offices and classrooms.
Energy Measuring System
64 Multifunction Digital Meters are provided in 32 Buildings. Operators use computer-aided tools to monitor, control, and optimize performance. Real-time data tracking helps resolve energy failures immediately and identifies opportunities for further conservation.
