The Center for Energy, Environment, Safety, and Occupational Health (EESH) in collaboration with the Industrial Measurement Instrument Calibration Center (CIC) organized a training on ISO/IEC 17025(2017) for its 4th course titled “Measurement and Uncertainty Analysis.” This training aims to assist laboratories in adopting and implementing the ISO/IEC17025 (2017) standards. The objective is to enhance the credibility of results from the laboratories, ensuring their operations align with the international standards of ISO/IEC 17025 (2017). This is crucial for elevating the status of research and service analysis laboratories to meet global standards, ensuring that measurement, analysis, and testing results are reliable and internationally recognized.
The training event took place on June 14-15, 2023, from 08:30 am to 04:00 pm at the UX-702 Conference Room, 7th floor, Multipurpose Building, Bang Mod campus of KMUTT. The training saw a participation of 50 attendees, both in Onsite and Online formats.
This initiative aligns with the goals of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030, particularly Goal 4: Quality Education, Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being, Goal 12: Sustainable Waste Management, and Goal 17: Partnership for Sustainable Development.
