Led by Assoc. Prof. Suchada Chaisawasdi, Director of the Energy Environment Safety and Health Center, and Mr. Phadung Boonpech, Director of the Physical Resource Management Office at KMUTT Bang Khun Thian, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) welcomed Assistant Professor Dr. Waraphat Inkarojrit, Vice President for Special Affairs, and Associate Professor Dr. Somwadee Chai-Anant, Vice President for Human Resource and Organizational Development, along with a management and operational team from Chulalongkorn University. The visit, part of the “Chula SDG: Beyond Leading Change” project, focused on studying and observing KMUTT Bang Khun Thian’s green university management systems aimed at sustainability, on November 16, 2023, at the Tian Thale 1 Meeting Room, Bioprocess Innovation Research Building (BRI Building). Assoc. Prof. Suchada Chaisawasdi, Acting Director of the Energy Environment Safety and Health Center, presented on “KMUTT Green University For SDGs 2030,” and Mr. Phadung Boonpech discussed “Building and Facility Management, Energy and Environmental Management, and Safety Management Toward Sustainability.” The visit included a study tour and knowledge exchange on the development mechanisms and approaches to drive energy, environmental, safety, and occupational health management systems. The guests showed keen interest and inquired in detail about sustainable green university management. This activity supported the creation of a sustainable university, aligning with the SDG 2030 Goal 13, promoting mechanisms to effectively plan and manage climate change.
