KMUTT presents Little Book of Green Nudges : Outcome webinar 2021

King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, led by Asst. Prof. Suchada Chaisawat, Director of EESH Center, was invited by UNEP -YEA to present the Little Book of Green Nudges: Outcome webinar 2021 on October 27, 2021 entitled Green Nudges Experience. in KMUTT “Say No to Single use Plastics” to universities in the UNEP-YEA network and universities participating in the Green Nudges project around the world. KMUTT is one of 127 universities worldwide. that has been selected as Pilot Campus in implementing the Green Nudges Journey activity. This project has universities in Thailand, Sustainable University Network, SUN Thailand. Was selected as a pilot university of 5 universities and one of 10 universities in the ASCN (Asian Sustainable Campus Network), which has 5 universities in Thailand, 4 universities in China, and 1 in Japan that have been selected as pilot universities in the KMUTT project. KMUTT’s Green Nudges is one of UNEP’s successful projects that use the Nudge process to bring about change or behavior modification. that has a positive effect on the environment and reduce greenhouse gas emissions Including collaborating with other activities that help reduce global warming. The activities that are considered as examples that occur in the university under the implementation of Green Heart students, with the EESH Center as a consultant for the project to support activities such as creating a bicycle society in the university (Bike Society), refraining from single use. Plastics (Say No to Single use plastics) and planting trees to reduce global warming These activities are in line with the SDG 3, SDG 7, SDG11, SDG12, SDG13 and SDG 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
