On April 29, 2025, the Student Financial Aid Group of King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) organized the “KMUTT United in Blood Donation: Give Blood, Give Life, Give Opportunity to Fellow Humans” project, the second event in 2025. This initiative was a collaboration with the National Blood Center of the Thai Red Cross Society and the Student Loan Fund, held on the 3rd floor of the Multi-Purpose Learning Building. The project aimed to encourage students, personnel, and the general public to recognize the importance of blood donation as a significant act of giving that helps increase the reserve blood supply for emergencies, as well as to instill a sense of sacrifice and social responsibility. The project emphasized the “Pay It Forward” concept to create a positive impact in society. The event received an excellent response from students of the Student Loan Fund (SLF), general students, university personnel, and the general public, with 372 registered blood donors and a total of 239 units of blood collected. All donated blood will be used in the process of saving the lives of patients and accident victims.

The organizing committee expressed their gratitude to all blood donors and offered their blessings for this act of kindness. In addition to helping fellow humans, it also reflects the power of collaboration and the volunteer spirit of the KMUTT community.
