On March 6, 2025, the Human Resource Development Office at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) held the opening ceremony for the “Smart Execution: Professional Work for Valuable Outcomes” training program at the Thammaraksa Room, 3rd floor, Seminar Building. The program welcomed 30 employees at levels J1/SW2 with at least three years of work experience.
Ms. Supriya On-ingnon, Acting Director of the Human Resource Development Office, delivered a welcoming speech and presided over the official opening of the program. The training will take place from March 6 to April 3, 2025, covering key learning topics such as:

- Process Optimization for Outstanding Results – Assoc. Prof. Dr. Athipat Boonmoh, Faculty Member, School of Liberal Arts (March 13, 2025)
- Effective Task Management – Dr. Krisada Jutimongkolkul, Faculty Member, Graduate School of Management and Innovation (March 27, 2025)
- Communication and Teamwork – Asst. Prof. Dr. Phansa Ekpornprasith, Faculty Member, Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology (March 31, 2025)
- Process Review and Improvement – Dr. Sujit Pongnumkul, Faculty Member, Graduate School of Management and Innovation (April 3, 2025)
This training aims to enhance employees’ operational skills, focusing on efficiency, adaptability to change, and systematic execution of assigned responsibilities. Participants will learn to plan, monitor, and successfully complete their tasks to achieve organizational goals.
Additionally, the program emphasizes communication skills and teamwork, enabling participants to collaborate effectively, communicate efficiently, and engage in creative problem-solving. The training also encourages the adoption of Generative AI and modern technologies to reduce repetitive tasks, enhance decision-making, and improve overall work efficiency.
