The Human Resource Development Office of King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) organized a workshop titled “Corporate Governance and Business Ethics” on March 20 and 25, 2025, at the Pinit Vitasin Meeting Room (V-Space), 14th Floor, Learning Exchange (LX) Building.
The training session brought together faculty/office secretaries to enhance their knowledge and understanding of business ethics and good governance practices—key foundations for ethical and sustainable organizational development. The program also aimed to promote a culture of transparency and fairness within the university. Special emphasis was placed on the role of secretaries as “leaders in governance-driven management.”
The workshop featured Ms. Chantana Phutharaporn, Advisor to the Office of the President, as the keynote speaker. She shared valuable knowledge and practical experiences, facilitating open discussions and exchanges among participants. Each unit presented its progress and future plans under the concept “ITA in Action: From Policy to Practice,” a strategic approach to fostering efficient, transparent management aligned with international standards of good governance.
In addition to enhancing understanding of business ethics, the training served as a crucial opportunity for faculty/office secretaries to develop and demonstrate their leadership potential—playing a vital role in steering KMUTT toward sustainable and resilient growth.
