EESH Collaborates in Hosting the “Green Nudges by Green Heart” Student Activity

The Energy, Environment, Safety, and Occupational Health Management Center (EESH Center), in collaboration with the Student Organization and Student Council, organized an event called “Green Nudges by Green Heart” for students. This activity, led by the Green Heart student leaders, aimed to educate new students for the academic year 2022 about energy, environment, safety, and sustainability on September 19, 2022, at the King Mongkut Memorial Building, commemorating 190 years.

The event’s goal was to foster a ‘Green Heart’ in students, turning them into change agents who can apply and spread their knowledge and understanding of energy conservation, environmental protection, safety, and health awareness to their communities and society. Furthermore, the event significantly expanded the Green Heart network, with over 3,000 students participating.

This initiative supports the creation of a sustainable university, aligning with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030, specifically Goal 13: Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts, and Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals.
