The Bachelor of Technology Program in Industrial Technology, Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology (FIET), KMUTT, organized a training program on the Occupational Competency Standard for Dimensional Measurement Instrument Calibration, Level 3, for third-year students in the Bachelor of Technology Program in Industrial Technology for the 2024 academic year. The training took place on March 24 and 31, 2025, at room CB 30707, Industrial Education Department, Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology (S13). Dr. Pholsak Lertahiranpanya and Dr. Peerapong Kasuriya served as the knowledgeable lecturers for the students. This project focused on equipping students with the necessary knowledge for efficient work performance and enhancing individual competencies according to occupational standards and the professional qualification system. The objectives were to enable students to competently calibrate dimensional measurement instruments with expertise and perform effectively according to professional standards. It also aimed to develop students to become graduates with skills, competencies, and potential that meet the demands of the industrial sector. This project provided an excellent opportunity to prepare students before they engage in work-integrated learning in industrial establishments, while also enhancing their skills and knowledge to elevate their future professional standards in line with the professional qualification system, supporting the expansion of industries that will drive the country’s economic growth (New Growth Engine).
