The Executive and Professional Staff Development Unit under the Human Resource Development Office at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) has launched the Managing Director Empowerment 360° Program for faculty and office secretaries. This initiative aims to enhance leadership and organizational management skills, with 16 participants from various university departments attending the program.
The program is designed to equip secretaries with essential leadership and management skills, focusing on strategic planning, organizational communication, professional ethics, and adaptability to emerging challenges.
Key Learning and Expert-Led Sessions
The program features a diverse range of lectures and experience-sharing sessions delivered by senior executives and experts from various KMUTT offices, including:
