72nd Birthday Commemorative Scholarships Award Ceremony 2024

In celebration of the auspicious occasion of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn’s 72nd Birthday (Sixth Cycle Anniversary) on July 28, 2024, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) organized a special scholarship program to express loyalty and gratitude, and to honor His Majesty the King.

To mark this significant royal occasion, the university allocated funding for the 72nd Birthday Commemorative Scholarships for the year 2024 to support undergraduate students who are facing financial difficulties. The scholarships are intended for students who do not have a stable or sufficient source of funding for their education, yet demonstrate good conduct, dedication to their studies, and a strong volunteer spirit. A total of 10 scholarships were awarded, each worth 25,000 baht.

The ceremony took place on March 14, 2025, at the Prapa Prajak Supanit Meeting Room, 9th Floor, President’s Office Building.
Ms. Panatda Puangpee, Head of Student Financial Aid Services, delivered the report, and the scholarships were officially presented by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Suvit Saetia, President of KMUTT, who also extended his congratulations and words of encouragement to the recipients. In his remarks, he stated:

“My heartfelt congratulations to all students who have been awarded the 72nd Birthday Commemorative Scholarships. May you remain steadfast in diligence, perseverance, and discipline in your studies. Live a meaningful life guided by moral and ethical values, and serve as role models for others. Let us together build a compassionate and supportive society. I wish you all great success in your education, continuous progress, and may you become vital forces in advancing society and the nation.”
