King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), as a member of the ASEAN University Network on Health Promotion (AUN-HPN), Central Region, led by Assistant Professor Suchada Chaiyaswat, Director of the EESH Center, and represented by Mr. Kittinat Kaewthong, participated in an academic seminar titled “Expanding the Network for Health Promotion among Central Region Universities for Sustainable Development in the COVID-19 Situation.” The event took place on September 2, 2022, at Meeting Room 105, Mahachulalongkorn Building, and the 100 Years Park of Chulalongkorn University. It was organized by AUN-HPN, Central Region.
The seminar aimed to facilitate learning exchange and participation of higher education institutions in discussing strategies and measures for health management during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, AUN-HPN Central Region presented their exhibition “AUN-HPN Knowledge & Innovation for Community and Society” at the Chula Sustainability Fest 2022. KMUTT showcased three projects: the FACO Robot System “Mod Borirak,” the “Mod Ngan San Jai Su Phai Covid-19,” and the “Face Shield” as posters or video presentations. These were displayed from September 2-4, 2022, at the 100 Years Park of Chulalongkorn University. This initiative aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030, specifically Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being, and Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals.
