Akaraphan Taweesak, popularly known as “Ice”, a leader of Green Heart and a student from the Faculty of Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering (International Program), has clinched the 3rd runner-up award in The Smart Influencer Contest 2023. The competition was organized by the International Institute for Trade and Development (ITD), a public organization. The objective of the contest was to discover new influencers with excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex topics related to trade and current investment, especially those emphasizing sustainability, in an easily understandable manner.
The esteemed panel of judges for this contest included five experts: Mr. Phanumas Thepthong, Deputy Director (Administration) of ITD; Dr. Wit Sitthiwekin, a renowned news anchor and host; Ms. Kulthirat Phakawatchara, CEO of Thailand e-Business Center; Mr. Payungsak Srimsanthiwanich, also known as Producer Yung, a famous TV producer; and Mr. Chayanop Boonprakob, director of several popular movies including “SuckSeed”, “May Who?”, “Friend Zone”, and many others. They not only judged the contest but also provided valuable feedback to the contestants.
The event, which took place on June 13, 2023, at the Dejawu Room of the Pullman King Power Hotel in Bangkok, saw participation from over 40 invited guests.
