EESH Center Hosts “Green Society Open House” to Showcase KMUTT’s Commitment to Sustainability
The Energy, Environment, Safety, and Occupational Health Management Center (EESH) organized the “Green Society Open House” at the Green Society Building, highlighting KMUTT’s dedication to becoming a sustainable university in line with the SDGs 2030 and the Green & Clean Campus initiative. The event showcased effective energy, environment, and safety management systems, encouraging students, staff, and neighboring communities to adopt sustainable practices that benefit society as a whole.
The event attracted over 500 participants, who engaged in various learning activities and workshops. It was part of the “KMUTT OPEN HOUSE 2019” program, designed to introduce high school seniors to KMUTT’s faculties and fields of study. This initiative aimed to inspire and prepare students for higher education while providing an opportunity for KMUTT students to collaborate in activities that foster pride in their university.
The event also enhanced KMUTT’s public image and aligned with the university’s commitment to achieving SDGs 2030, particularly Goal 4: Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.
