The Center for Energy, Environmental, Safety, and Health (EESH Center) in collaboration with the Physical Resources Management Office at KMUTT Bang Khun Thian organized an educational exhibition on “Emergency Response Systems at KMUTT.” The event took place on July 10-11, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Sports Complex building, KMUTT Bang Khun Thian. The purpose of the exhibition was to enhance knowledge and skills in preparing emergency systems and readiness in buildings, as well as to train the building-specific emergency response teams and the central emergency response teams of KMUTT.
Additionally, the exhibition aimed to study the roles and responsibilities of the emergency response teams specific to buildings and to educate on the procedures to follow in case of emergencies. This initiative is in line with the SDGs Goal 11, which focuses on making cities sustainable, with a particular emphasis on ensuring the safety of students and staff within the university. The event also included preparations for fire drills and emergency response practices to ensure readiness in real-life situations, adhering to the planned objectives and operational plans.
